Carter has twin baybay girls called Catrina and Molly who are 6 years old. Although still legally married his wife disappeared almost two years ago and her location remains unknown. Carter teaches history at the high school and is a devout Catholic. Need a bit of this, Bit of that, and a bit of everything else for Carter here.
